This prominent 1980s postmodern office building in Central London benefited from a significant refurbishment, preserving its original character while incorporating modern amenities. The project, located in a prestigious Georgian square with dual frontages overlooking St James's Square Garden and the city skyline, involved a comprehensive overhaul of the property's facade, roof, fire safety systems, and interior spaces.

Key features of the refurbishment included a sensitive redesign of the building's facade to achieve a contemporary aesthetic, a strategically planned roof extension to create additional usable space, a comprehensive overhaul of the fire safety strategy, and a complete CAT-A fit-out with modern MEP infrastructure. The interior spaces were also adorned with high-quality finishes to create a luxurious and sophisticated work environment.

The project successfully delivered a revitalised office space that seamlessly blends the building's postmodern legacy with contemporary functionality. The refurbishment not only enhances the overall aesthetic of the prestigious square but also provides tenants with a state-of-the-art working environment.
