Maidenhead Business Park

This project in Maidenhead Business Park was a prime example of how a dated office building can be completely rejuvenated. The goal was to create a modern, functional workspace that would appeal to potential tenants.

To achieve this, we undertook a comprehensive renovation. A new extension, built using sustainable cross-laminated timber (CLT), added a central courtyard and increased the building's usable area. A sleek curtain wall system replaced the existing facade, allowing for ample natural light and a contemporary look.

Inside, the office was stripped down to its bare bones and then completely refitted to a high standard. This "Cat A" fit-out provided a blank canvas that could be easily adapted to suit the needs of future tenants.

The client, Paragon, was delighted with the results. "I must say it's looking great, and you guys have done a top job," said Jonathan Smith. "So, credit where it's due - well done."
