Coleman's Wharf

Built prior to 1899, Colmans Wharf was originally part of one of the six buildings that formed The Spratts Dog Food Factory before being converted as ‘shell’ units in the late 1980’s.

Our Projects Team have recently been appointed to carry out the transition of three existing commercial units to create four luxury apartments. The works will include the installation a new steel staircase, bespoke joinery and MEPH installation throughout to provide a high-end finish.
