Fife Road

Sat within a conservation area Fife Road involved careful  planning and approval for all materials used in the  superstructure had to be sought.

The development was complicated due to retention works for the façade and roof whilst excavating the basement & wine cellar below. Construction was further hindered by an underground stream running through the centre of the site. To complete the basement works we used Secant Piling systems along with complex de-watering systems whilst the build was carried out.

The property was then fitted out to a very high standard  as per the client’s requirements.
