Our project at Fife Road stands as a testament to our ability to deliver exceptional construction projects in challenging environments. Located within a designated conservation area, this project demanded meticulous planning and adherence to strict regulations to ensure the preservation of the local character.

The project presented unique engineering challenges due to the need to retain the existing façade and roof while excavating a basement and wine cellar. Additionally, the presence of an underground stream running through the site required careful consideration and implementation of specialised construction techniques.

To address the complexities of the basement excavation, we employed Secant Piling systems in conjunction with advanced de-watering methods. This innovative approach allowed us to safely and efficiently create the desired underground space while minimising disruption to the surrounding area.

Once the structural work was complete, we turned our attention to the interior fit-out. Working closely with the client, we meticulously crafted a space that exceeded their expectations. Every detail was carefully considered to ensure the highest quality finish and a truly luxurious living environment.

The Fife Road project showcases our expertise in delivering high-quality construction projects in challenging circumstances. Our commitment to craftsmanship, innovation, and client satisfaction is evident in every aspect of this successful endeavor.
