This project showcases our expertise in delivering high-end residential developments. This comprehensive undertaking involved the complete transformation of a site, from the demolition of an existing building to the construction of a luxurious apartment block.

The works encompassed the efficient removal of the existing structure, followed by the creation of a secure basement level. This basement level included a car park accessible via a ramp, along with dedicated plant space and storage areas for residents.

Above the basement, we constructed nine luxurious apartments, distributed across three floors. The ground floor featured four apartments, while the first floor had three. The second floor housed two penthouse apartments, offering exclusive views and amenities.

To complete the development, we carried out all associated external works, including landscaping and site infrastructure. Each apartment was finished to the highest standards, featuring premium materials and finishes such as high-quality kitchens and bathrooms, flooring, walls, and joinery.

The project also incorporated bespoke joinery elements, creating unique and characterful spaces throughout the property. Modern mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were installed, including a dedicated lift to service the penthouse apartments. Additionally, communal and concierge areas were provided to ensure a high level of resident satisfaction.
