The works also comprised the creation of a basement car park with access via a side ramp, new capital plant, and dedicated resident storage areas.
The apartments were all fitted out to a high standard of specification inclusive of all kitchen and bathroom fixtures and fittings. All associated flooring, walls and joinery were of the highest quality throughout, with the same level of detail being continued into the communal and concierge areas.
The bespoke joinery was a constant feature with fine details created in character areas of the property. The MEP included a new lift to service the two penthouse apartments directly as well as the main residential levels.
Externally, the brickwork, landscaping and overall presence of the property is in-keeping with the area and reflects the high quality of the interior design.
