Red Lion

Located in the Mayfair Conservation Area, Red Lion is an 18th century building which once saw life as a Public House.

We converted the Grade II listed property into a 7 floor, 5 bedroom luxury residence which involved  a complex three level basement excavation to make way for the new swimming pool, gym, steam room and  cinema space. Other new build elements of the works included the creation of two roof terraces, and the installation of a  "green roof", which was then cladded in metallic shingle to stay in keeping with the local area.
