Cheyne Place

Nestled in the heart of Kensington and Chelsea, Cheyne Place is a stunning collection of three high-end, new-build duplex apartments. This project involved the meticulous demolition of a 4-story townhouse, followed by the construction of a sleek, six-story building to house the exclusive residences.

A logistically very challenging project which was land locked by neighbours on three sides, deliveries could only be made to the front of the site and required co-ordination and compliance with local authority restrictions.
 

Due to the nature of the works where we were building right up to the boundary of the site space was very restricted for storage of materials and site set up for welfare etc.  

As such materials were supplied on a when required delivery basis. The specification was for a very high end quality finish and build details required by the client team were very precise which necessitated an intense design process.
