This project showcased our ability to deliver exceptional results even within the most challenging constraints. Situated on a landlocked plot, the building required a complete overhaul to meet modern standards and maximise its potential.

We began by strategically demolishing the rear façade, internal floors, and roof structure. This created the necessary space for a new, expansive extension. A meticulously designed steel frame was then erected, seamlessly integrating with the existing structure and providing a solid foundation for the 5th-floor rooftop addition.

The interior underwent a complete transformation as well. Floors 1 to 5 received a high-end Cat A fit-out, featuring stunning roof terraces and balconies. Meanwhile, the mezzanine and basement levels were customised to meet the specific requirements of retail tenants.

To enhance the building's overall appeal and functionality, we also refurbished common areas such as lifts, staircases, and the exterior façade. Additionally, we installed new capital plant to ensure optimal building performance.

This project was a testament to our expertise in complex urban renovations, high-end commercial fit-outs, bespoke retail design, and comprehensive building refurbishment. By maximising space utilisation within a challenging environment, we delivered a modern, versatile, and attractive property.
