Great Marlborough Street

The works undertaken on this land locked building  included the demolition of the rear façade, internal  floors and roof structure.

A new steel frame was designed and erected to tie in the remaining floor levels and construct the new 5th  floor rooftop extension. A full Cat A fit out was introduced to floors 1 – 5 to offer a high-end commercial finish including roof terraces and balconies on alternate levels. The mezzanine and basement levels received a bespoke retail fit out, alongside all newly refurbished common areas including lift, staircase, façade repairs and installation of all new capital plant.
