Mandeville Place

Mandeville Place involved the strip out, refurbishment and fit out of an existing 6 storey building into CAT B commercial space on all levels.

The works consisted of the installation of roof finishes, replacement windows, façade repairs, and  lift replacement. We also completed the fit out of the communal public areas including the reception area.

Brand new services were also installed throughout  including a new incoming water supply from Thames  water.
