GPF Lewis Delivers Cutting-Edge Co-Working Space
GPF Lewis are proud to announce the successful completion of a Cat B office fit-out in Central London. The project involved a comprehensive transformation of a former educational facility and dance studio, previously occupied by the prestigious Italia Conti Performing Arts institution.
To revitalise the building, GPF Lewis carried out extensive façade remedials, replaced all windows, and installed a new ground floor glazed frontage with modern entrances. The interior was completely overhauled with a full Cat B office fit-out, including the installation of a new lift serving ten floors. The finished space offers a state-of-the-art co-working environment, complete with all necessary MEP services.
The project presented unique logistical challenges due to the building's location in a densely populated area. GPF Lewis successfully navigated these constraints through careful planning, effective communication with neighbors, and close coordination with local authorities. The project's successful completion demonstrates our ability to deliver high-quality projects in even the most demanding environments.
