GPF Lewis successfully completed a fast-track project at Regent's Park Open Air Theatre. The project involved the construction of a new Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) framed structure to house rehearsal studios, commercial kitchens, and restrooms.

To minimise disruption to the theater's operations, the entire construction phase was carefully planned to coincide with the venue's winter closure period. Despite the tight timeline, GPF Lewis was able to deliver the project on schedule, ensuring that the theater was fully prepared for the start of its new season.

In addition to the new structure, the project also included extensive landscaping and drainage works to enhance the overall visitor experience. These improvements were essential for maintaining the theater's beautiful surroundings and ensuring that it could continue to host outdoor performances throughout the year.

"We are thrilled to have completed this project successfully," said Jake Colliss, Commercial Director at GPF Lewis. "The Regent's Park Open Air Theatre is a beloved London institution, and we were honored to be entrusted with such an important project. Our team worked tirelessly to ensure that the new facilities met the highest standards of quality and functionality."
