Waterfront Hotel

 GPF Lewis was delighted to handover a comprehensive refurbishment of the Hotel Spa, Restaurant & Bar, and internal and external communal areas at Wyboston Lakes.

This project follows the successful completion of the Willows Training Centre renovation, further solidifying our commitment to delivering high-quality construction and refurbishment services in the region.

The refurbishment was carried out in three phases to minimise disruption to the venue's operations. Our Projects Division reconfigured the existing ground floor layout to optimise space, install new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and heating systems, and create a bespoke joinery package.
