GPF Lewis successfully completed a comprehensive renovation of a Grade II Listed hotel in Richmond Upon-Thames. The project involved a full strip-out and refurbishment of the luxury hotel's 68 bedrooms, en-suites, and communal areas.

To minimise disruption to the hotel's operations and maintain revenue throughout the refurbishment, GPF Lewis implemented a phased approach. This strategy allowed the hotel to continue welcoming guests while the renovation work progressed.

The project presented unique challenges due to the building's listed status, which required careful consideration of heritage preservation. GPF Lewis's experienced team navigated these constraints while delivering a high-quality refurbishment that enhanced the hotel's character and appeal.

"We are delighted with the outcome of this project," said Joe Ringart, Managing Director (Construction) at GPF Lewis. "Our team's expertise in heritage refurbishment and ability to work within tight deadlines were crucial in ensuring a successful completion. The hotel now offers a luxurious and comfortable experience for its guests."

The completed project showcases GPF Lewis's commitment to delivering exceptional results and preserving historic buildings.
