Working within an existing site we are creating an extension of the present security perimeter which will house a 52,205 sq ft purpose-built storage depot for Southern Gas Network.
 
The construction of a new steel portal frame structure, enclosed by insulated wall and roof panels to form a new purpose-built store. The existing hardstanding areas will be upgraded with the remainder of the site being developed to include new SUDS/ surface water drainage system and foul water drainage system before undertaking an extensive hard-landscaping package.
