Gilette

This was the first phase of a multi-million pound regeneration of the Gillette Factory in Reading. The project involved fitting out one of the old manufacturing buildings to form new offices and new welfare facilities to allow the staff to relocate from existing office space as that building was being demolished.

All of the work  took place while the plant remained fully operational so material delivery and noisy works had to be carefully co- ordinated. The integration of the new M&E services also had to be co-ordinated with the on site M&E Engineers and detailed record drawings produced.
