86-88 Fulham Road comprises of a new refurbished  shopfront and numerous residential apartments of  varying sizes. 

The works were split into 3 phases, Phase 1 handover of  the Shop to House 88, Phase 2 handover of the Shop to House 88 and Phase 3 handover of the apartments to  house 86 and 88 Fulham Road. 

We carried out the external refurbishment of the building’s façade and internal fit out of the resident’s apartments inclusive of new windows, doors, carpets, sanitary ware and communal kitchen as well as reconstruction of both roof areas to house 86 & 88.
