Situated on Fulham Road, these two adjacent properties were combined to form a new 5 storey mixed use retail and residential unit.

Cut and carve works included internal and external refurbishment, roof replacement, strengthening existing structure and a new extension. The fit-out of the commercial unit and 20 nurses’ accommodation units was carried out over 10 weeks and the accommodation included new kitchens / dining rooms, living areas, bedrooms and bath / shower rooms.
