Internals: Main feature staircase & tiled floors throughout the communal areas. Flats, hardwood floors in hallways, living rooms and kitchens. Carpets & fitted wardrobes fitted to every bedroom plus ensuite fitted to all master bedrooms. Each apartment has fitted kitchens with quartz worktops.
Externals: New hard and soft landscaping to the front entrance.
Achieved Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4, including Photovoltaics to meet the renewable technology requirement.
