Our maintenance division is upgrading its service management capability by switching to Clik Service, the service management system from Clik Software.  Clik will enable the division to broaden its service offering by providing greater control of the engineer management process and provide a future-proofed platform to drive further growth and operational efficiency across the business. 

To extend the functionality of the system, we are installing Clik Jobs, a mobile application that enables our field service engineers strategically located across the UK to access and update Clik Service using tablets, smartphones and other mobile devices.

Amy Heaslip, Operations Manager said: “We are switching to Clik as it is better suited to meet our requirements moving forward. It will enable us to automate and centralise more functions and provide instant access to real-time data, enhancing our service delivery."
