GPF Lewis is a professional and safety conscious organisation. As such we give the highest priority to the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees, clients, contractors and suppliers

We are taking a proactive and focused approach to the COVID-19 outbreak by having established a Response Management Team and implementing protocols in accordance with the official Government/NHS guidance and our own business continuity plan. 

Our sites and offices are operating a ‘business as usual’ policy with additional protocols being implemented by our RM team as they are required. In order to minimise the risk of infection we are advising our employees and contractors on preventative measures. We are also enforcing the self-isolation policy across the business and where possible implementing flexible working practices.

At this time, there are No confirmed Coronavirus cases recorded at any GPF Lewis offices or sites. We do not foresee a situation where we will be required to close any workplaces. However, this is being kept under constant review as the situation develops and the official guidance changes. Our team are actively planning for any situation where we may be faced with reduced numbers of personnel or we need to restrict access to/from our sites and offices.

GPF Lewis is proactively liaising with our suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure continuity of supply. Where required we are developing plans to mitigate any delays to project programs affected by shortages in the supply of materials or labour. 

This statement will be reviewed at such time as there is any significant change, for example if GPF Lewis was to be impacted more severely by the pandemic or should Government/NHS advice and recommendations significantly alter.
