Sevenoaks School

Working within the 100-acre grounds of Sevenoaks School, our team will undertake the demolition of a former boarding house to build a new boarding house for 60 girls and staff.

Taking place over a series of phases, the team will construct the new CLT Superstructure which is made up of three floors and will be home to over 30 bedrooms, social areas, study rooms and shower/washing facilities. The works will also include the creation of three new plant rooms, lift installation, drainage and associated groundworks with the MEP containing partial CDP elements. Alongside the new building, a new access road will be created to service the area. The new boarding house will be ready for September 2023.
