Demolition of land-locked rear of building, extensive temporary propping, lowering of basement, demolition of internal floors and roof structure, new steel frame structure to rear to tie into existing floor levels, construct roof extension, new staircase and lift, new windows and shopfront, façade repairs, then full high-end Cat ‘A’ commercial fitout to all upper floors, with retail to ground, mezzanine and basement.
