£1.86m refurbishment of an occupied embassy building


The maintenance and refurbishment of an occupied embassy building involving external roof repairs to address water ingress issues and repair defects.  We will be undertaking extensive stucco render repairs to all external facades and party walls, overhaul all existing external windows and doors and carry out remedial works to external dilapidated areas.  The works also include extensive internal decorations including floor finishes, wall and ceiling decorations and overhaul all internal timber doors as well as a new heating system, new ventilation to humid areas, new kitchens, bathrooms and toilets.  Finally we are upgrading existing electrical installations, IT, creating servants and door access, and remodeling existing layouts to improve operational efficiency.
